How It Works
Discovery Call

After you have completed the Project Questionnaire, we will have a call to outline the deliverables for your VIP Design Day and make a to-do list for all the content to be ready for when your VIP Design Day arrives.
VIP Design Day
02.
On the day, you will need to be available to answer emails and give feedback during the day. You won’t need to be available the full 7 hours, but you’ll need to have access to your emails on that day.
Support
03.
Post VIP Design Day, you will have 14 days of email support with me to ensure the launch of your project has been completed smoothly.

A VIP Design Day is a rapid-fire session dedicated to a single project, allowing for a fast turnaround. A traditional project involves a longer discovery phase and multiple rounds of revisions over weeks or months, which is the best solution for full websites and branding development.

All the preparation must be completed before the VIP Design Day arrives. We will schedule a collaborative meeting where we discuss the exact goals and deliverables needed. For Website projects, all final text copy and image content must be prepared and confirmed in advance.

Existing clients have access to book a half VIP Design day for smaller design projects, for example a Business Card design or a small Website update.

50% deposit must be paid to book into my calendar, the final 50% must be paid the day before your VIP Design Day.

No. Due to the strategy process required to create a custom Logo design, this is not an option for a VIP Design Day. Check out the Petite Branding Packages in the services offerings.
